How to Find Winning Products on Amazon and Noon (Saudi Arabia & UAE)
A “winning product” is simply one that already sells, where new sellers can still compete, and where the numbers leave you a profit. Here is a method you can repeat every week.
1. Look for proof of demand
- “Bought in past month” on Amazon — the clearest public sales signal.
- Best Sellers Rank that stays good over time, not just one spike.
- Google Trends that is stable or rising, not a one-week fad.
2. Look for weak competition
- Top listings with fewer than ~100–300 reviews — a new listing can catch up.
- No giant brand taking most of the sales, and Amazon itself not selling it.
- Listings with poor photos, short titles or missing details — room to do better.
3. Check the price range
Products selling for about 60–200 SAR (or 15–60 USD) often leave enough margin after fees and still sell on impulse. Very cheap products are eaten by fees; very expensive ones need more trust and cash.
4. Do the fee math
Subtract the referral fee, fulfilment (FBA or Noon fulfilment), shipping to the warehouse and the product cost. Aim for a margin you are comfortable with after ads. The profit calculator does this for Amazon, Noon and eBay.
5. Find a supplier and a better version
Search the product in the Supplier Database (Alibaba, AliExpress, Temu — even by photo). Read the 1–3★ reviews of competitors: every complaint is an idea for your improved version.
Do it in one minute
Product Scout runs these checks for you: type a niche and it scans Amazon, eBay and Noon, scores every product from 0 to 100 for opportunity and risk, finds suppliers and calculates the profit. On Amazon pages, the Chrome extension shows sales and profit right on the page.
