How the calculation works

Profit per unit

Selling price (without VAT) − referral fee − fixed fee − fulfilment fee − product cost − shipping to the warehouse − PPC/ads − other costs − expected returns. Monthly profit = profit per unit × units − fixed monthly costs. The “What if?” table shows how profit changes if you change the price or the ad spend.

Margin vs ROI

Margin is profit divided by the selling price. ROI is profit divided by what you spend per unit (product + shipping + fees). Most sellers aim for at least 25–30% margin.

Walmart Marketplace fees

Walmart charges no monthly fee — you pay a referral fee on each sale: 6–15% by category, and some categories are tiered by price (for example Apparel, Beauty, Jewelry and Electronics accessories). With Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) the fulfilment fee depends on the shipping weight — from $3.45 for items up to 1 lb — plus surcharges for apparel or hazmat (+$0.50), items under $10 (+$1.00) and oversize items. Choose Walmart.com above and the calculator fills these in for you.

Are the fees exact?

No. Amazon, Noon and eBay fees change by category, size and weight. The defaults are typical estimates; check the marketplace’s current fee page and edit the fields.

Walmart Marketplace
