Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Product Scout ("we", "us") collects when you use productscoutautomation.com (the "Service"), and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and an encrypted password.
- Usage information: the niches, keywords and filters you search, your search results and history, and how many searches you have used.
- Billing information: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your card details; we only receive your subscription status, plan and customer ID.
- Contact messages: your name, email and message when you use the contact form.
- Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and error reports, used to keep the Service secure and working.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and let you log in.
- To run your searches, show your results and keep your search history.
- To manage your plan, search limits and billing.
- To answer your messages and send service emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing notices). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
- To improve the Service and prevent abuse.
3. Service providers
We share only the data needed with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:
- Supabase — user accounts and database hosting.
- n8n — workflow automation that runs searches and delivers contact messages.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, subscriptions and invoicing.
- Market data and AI providers (such as Keepa, Jungle Scout, Apify, SerpApi and OpenAI) — these receive your search keywords and product data to produce results, not your name or email.
- Our web and email host — to serve the website and deliver emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and remember your language. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram), which set cookies, to count visits, see which pages and features people use (for example sign-ups and checkout clicks) and measure our ads. They do not receive your password, payment details or search results. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and control ad tracking in your Facebook ad settings.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and search history while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at productscoutautomation@gmail.com.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, passwords are stored hashed, and access to your data is restricted so each user can only see their own searches.
8. Children
The Service is intended for adults running a business and is not directed to children under 18.
Chrome extension
The Product Scout Chrome extension works only on Amazon and eBay product and search pages. To show its panel it reads product details that are already visible on the page you are viewing (title, price, rating, reviews, "bought last month", sales rank, sold count and main image). This happens in your browser. Product data is sent to our servers only when you click a button such as Full analysis, Find suppliers, Listing score or Watch, and then only for that product or search.
When you log in to the extension, it sends your email and password to our login provider (Supabase) once and stores only the resulting login token and your email in the extension's local storage on your computer, together with your language and whether the panel is open. The extension does not read your browsing history, other websites, passwords on other sites or your Amazon/eBay account, it does not track you, and it does not sell or share data with advertisers. Logging out deletes the stored token. Uninstalling the extension deletes all of its local data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email or on the website.

- معلومات الفوترة: تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر Lemon Squeezy بصفته التاجر المسجل. لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزنها؛ نستلم فقط حالة اشتراكك والباقة ورقم العميل.
- رسائل التواصل: اسمك وبريدك ورسالتك عند استخدام نموذج التواصل.
- معلومات تقنية: سجلات أساسية مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح وتقارير الأخطاء، لحماية الخدمة وضمان عملها.
2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- لإنشاء حسابك وحمايته وتمكينك من تسجيل الدخول.
- لتنفيذ عمليات البحث وعرض النتائج والاحتفاظ بسجل البحث.
- لإدارة باقتك وحدود البحث والفوترة.
- للرد على رسائلك وإرسال رسائل الخدمة (تأكيد الحساب، إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور، إشعارات الفوترة). لا نرسل رسائل تسويقية دون موافقتك.
- لتحسين الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
3. مزودو الخدمة
نشارك البيانات الضرورية فقط مع مزودين موثوقين يعالجونها نيابة عنا:
- Supabase — حسابات المستخدمين واستضافة قاعدة البيانات.
- n8n — أتمتة سير العمل التي تنفذ البحث وتوصل رسائل التواصل.
- Lemon Squeezy — المدفوعات والاشتراكات والفواتير.
- مزودو بيانات السوق والذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل Keepa وJungle Scout وApify وSerpApi وOpenAI) — يستلمون الكلمات المفتاحية وبيانات المنتجات فقط لإنتاج النتائج، وليس اسمك أو بريدك.

نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية.
4. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي
نستخدم التخزين المحلي في متصفحك لإبقائك مسجلاً للدخول وتذكر لغتك. كما نستخدم Google Analytics وMeta Pixel (فيسبوك / إنستغرام)، وهي تضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط، لعدّ الزيارات ومعرفة الصفحات والميزات الأكثر استخداماً (مثل التسجيل والنقر على الدفع) وقياس إعلاناتنا. لا تتلقى هذه الأدوات كلمة مرورك أو بيانات الدفع أو نتائج بحثك. يمكنك حظر ملفات تعريف الارتباط هذه من إعدادات متصفحك، واستخدام إضافة إلغاء الاشتراك من Google (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout)، والتحكم في تتبع الإعلانات من إعدادات الإعلانات في فيسبوك.
5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بحسابك وسجل بحثك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً. إذا طلبت حذف حسابك، نحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً، باستثناء السجلات التي يلزمنا الاحتفاظ بها لأسباب قانونية أو ضريبية أو لمنع الاحتيال.

7. الأمان

8. الأطفال
الخدمة موجهة للبالغين من أصحاب الأعمال وليست موجهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.
إضافة Chrome
تعمل إضافة Product Scout لمتصفح Chrome فقط على صفحات المنتجات ونتائج البحث في أمازون وeBay. لعرض لوحتها تقرأ بيانات المنتج الظاهرة أصلاً في الصفحة التي تشاهدها (العنوان، السعر، التقييم، المراجعات، "اشتُري الشهر الماضي"، الترتيب، عدد المبيعات والصورة الرئيسية)، ويتم ذلك داخل متصفحك. تُرسل بيانات المنتج إلى خوادمنا فقط عندما تضغط زراً مثل التحليل الكامل أو ابحث عن موردين أو تقييم القائمة أو تابع، ولهذا المنتج أو البحث فقط.
عند تسجيل الدخول في الإضافة، تُرسل بريدك وكلمة المرور مرة واحدة إلى مزود تسجيل الدخول (Supabase)، وتحفظ فقط رمز الدخول وبريدك في التخزين المحلي للإضافة على جهازك، مع لغتك وحالة اللوحة. لا تقرأ الإضافة سجل التصفح أو المواقع الأخرى أو كلمات المرور في مواقع أخرى أو حسابك في أمازون/eBay، ولا تتتبعك، ولا تبيع البيانات أو تشاركها مع المعلنين. تسجيل الخروج يحذف الرمز المحفوظ، وإزالة الإضافة تحذف كل بياناتها المحلية.
9. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة وسنعرض التاريخ الجديد في الأعلى، وسنعلن عن التغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد أو الموقع.
